If you would like to set up an event and have Dave Gaubatz come to your location and provide a Training Session, you can choose from 1-Day Training, 3-Day Training or 5-Day Training. Follow the steps below, and if you have problems, e-mail info@muslimmafiainternational.com for assistance!


STEP ONE: Please complete and sign the Presentation Agreement Form, by clicking the button to the right on this page. E-mail or mail the form.

STEP TWO: Click the appropriate PayPal button below to pay for your Training Session, or you can mail your payment to the address on the Presentation Agreement. Choose the distance according to how far your location is from VA.

STEP THREE: Training Sessions are subject to approval regarding scheduling, content to be taught and any special costs involved.

STEP FOUR: Fill out the Additional Notes, Signature and click the button which states you agree to the terms mentioned on the form.
