Qasim al-Raimi, a top military commander for al-Qaeda in the Arabian Peninsula, is threatening new terror attacks against the US and warned Americans that the group ”we will blow up the earth from below your feet.”

The statement goes on to say, ”You have attacked us in the midst of our household, so wait for what will attack you in the midst of yours”, according to a translation of the message from the SITE Intelligence Group, which monitors militant Web sites.

The phrase, “‘we will blow up the earth from below your feet.” is an interesting choice of words. One can’t help but wonder if this is a signal to launch an attack, or a clue into the type of attack the terrorist group is planning.

Physical attacks will increase inside America and the method of attack may be pre-planted bombs inside buildings that will cause a collapse of the structure. High probability the Al Qaeda leader is referring to small/portable nuclear type weapons that have already been planted at pre-designated locations within America. Al Qaeda has had this potential for several years after the collapse of the Soviet Union and their unaccounted for nuclear material. “They have the capability, resources, manpower, and most importantly desire.  Do not rule a nuclear attack out.

(Tallahassee, FL) Investigative journalist and Chairman of Americans Against Hate Joe Kaufman and Florida Security Council cameraman J. Mark Campbell were assaulted, on Thursday March 11, by a member of United Voices for America (UVA), a Florida Muslim lobby group.

UVA was in Tallahassee for its second annual event, entitled Muslim Capitol Day.

According to the lieutenant in charge of the Capitol Police, the perpetrator of the attacks, Profesor Bassem Alhalabi, was charged with simple battery for each incident. The two assaults happened on two separate occasions, both on the same day.

Alhalabi is a professor at Florida Atlantic University (FAU), a director and co-founder of the Islamic Center of Boca Raton (ICBR), and a former associate of convicted terrorist Sami al-Arian.

In June 2003, Alhalabi was found guilty of illegally shipping a $13,000 military-grade thermal imaging device to Syria.

United Voices for America (UVA) is headed by Ahmed Bedier, the former Executive Director of CAIR-Tampa and the former unofficial spokesman for Sami al-Arian. Bedier was present, during the attack on Campbell.

In May 2007, Rafiq Sabir, a member of Alhalabis Islamic center was convicted of material support for al-Qaeda.

Thank you. It is great to be back in London. And it is great that this time, I got to see more of this wonderful city than just the detention centre at Heathrow Airport.

I first have great news. Last Wednesday city council elections were held in the Netherlands. And for the first time my party, the Freedom Party, took part in these local elections. We participated in two cities. In Almere, one of the largest Dutch cities. And in The Hague, the third largest city; home of the government, the parliament and the queen. And, we did great! In one fell swoop my party became the largest party in Almere and the second largest party in The Hague. The Council on American Islamic Relations (CAIR) is likely to find itself the target of more criticism after a Dallas immigration judge ordered one of their former board members deported due to terror connections.  Nabil Sadoun, a leader in the Dallas Islamic community, had already left the United States for his native Jordan at the time of the ruling and Judge Anthony Rogers said that by taking such action he had waived his right to appeal the case. Dallas-Fort Worth NBC news reports:

“In court, the judge made vague references to the government’s voluminous motion to deport him, including alleged involvement with Hamas and the Muslim Brotherhood. The judge concluded Sadoun lied on government forms when he denied he was a member.

The judge also indicated there was evidence Sadoun contributed to the Richardson-based Holy Land Foundation for Relief and Development, which was the largest Islamic charity in the United States. Prosecutors convicted the group of funneling money to terrorist groups and several of its leaders were sent to prison. A federal judge has dismissed an attempt by the Council on American-Islamic Relations to re-file a lawsuit against Air Force special agent P. David Gaubatz and his son Chris, the father-and-son team that investigated and exposed the group's terrorist ties.

Defense lawyers are hailing the decision as a victory over CAIR's alleged plan to "chill" free speech critical of the organization through an avalanche of court cases and legal costs.

"We briefed, counter-briefed, we spent thousands of dollars on the case," said Daniel Horowitz, one of the three lawyers for the defense. "Only then did they file this new lawsuit, which would have effectively forced us to start all over."

"But the new lawsuit didn't have anything substantively new," Horowitz told WND. "And yet, that's their whole goal. They know they can't win the case, but they can chill the First Amendment by making it so expensive to speak against them that no one can challenge Saudi-funded CAIR. In the end, they can just keep getting more and more money from overseas and burn out opposition with lawsuits." Read more...

Grand Jury's CAIR Probe Points to Hamas

A federal grand jury investigation into the Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR) involves possible support rto the Hamas terrorist group.

A grand jury in Washington issued a subpoena in November for records obtained by the authors of Muslim Mafia: Inside the Secret Underworld That's Conspiring to Islamize America. CAIR is suing the authors, claiming their internal records were stolen after they were infiltrated by an intern who posed as a Muslim convert.

Industrious Politico reporter Josh Gerstein discovered the investigation's focus in an otherwise routine filing in the civil suit. More than 40 pages into the filing was a letter from a National Security Section attorney in the U.S. Attorney's Office in Washington. Read more...

A federal grand jury is investigating the Council on American-Islamic Relations for possible violation of laws that ban financial dealings with terrorist groups or countries under U.S. sanctions, according to a filing in the Muslim organization's lawsuit against a co-author of the expose "Muslim Mafia" and his son.

A letter attached to the filing, signed by Lynn Haaland, assistant U.S. attorney for the National Security Section in Washington, referenced CAIR's possible violations of 50 U.S.C. sections 1701-1706, which are part of the International Emergency Economic Powers Act.

Under the 1977 act, which empowers presidents to deal with extraordinary threats during peacetime, President George W. Bush signed an executive order 12 days after the 9/11 attacks that blocked property and barred transactions with anyone who commits, threatens to commit or supports terrorism. Read more...

What is America's most prominent Muslim advocacy group hiding?

The Council on American-Islamic Relations is delinquent in filing its tax returns by nearly two years, the IRS has confirmed, raising new suspicions the embattled nonprofit group is concealing from the American public details about its already shadowy financial activities.

Washington-based CAIR, which receives revenue from Saudi Arabia and other Arab states, is required by federal law to file its tax returns annually with the IRS to maintain its tax-exempt status.

However, it still has not filed its 2007 returns, according to the IRS. Its 2008 tax filing is also late.

Registered as a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, CAIR must make its finances public each year by filing IRS Form 990. Read More...

CAIR concedes it doesn't legally exist

The Council on American-Islamic Relations' latest legal brief in its "Muslim Mafia" lawsuit provides no evidence it suffered damages and effectively concedes it filed the complaint under a false name, concludes a lawyer defending a father-and-son team that conducted an undercover probe to document the Muslim group's ties to terrorism.

CAIR's reply to a motion to dismiss its lawsuit against former Air Force special agent P. David Gaubatz and his son Chris, who served a six-month CAIR internship posing as a young Muslim convert, "concedes that they don't have any legal damages, but they hope they'll find some," said attorney Daniel Horowitz, who filed the motion to dismiss in December.

CAIR alleges the Gaubatzes obtained access to the Muslim group's property under false pretenses, removed internal documents and made recordings of officials and employees "without any consent or authorization and in violation of his contractual, fiduciary and other legal obligations to CAIR."

However, asserted Horowitz, CAIR is on a "fishing expedition," filing a lawsuit with the hope that "after the expenditure of unknown amounts of money and time, it might find some damages."

"If CAIR is conceding that they have no interests that prevent the materials from being disclosed, what is their excuse for trying to suppress the book?" Horowitz asked. "It's about time the American public put an end to these legal abuses by CAIR."
